Craterboys is a game of close encounters with strange beings, a one-shot tabletop roleplaying game for at least two players.

Something spectacular has arrived, somewhere on our planet. Whether this visitor is violent, careful, peaceful, or calculating, it’s here. This landing draws a circle, real or metaphysical, around a corner of our world. At its center, something smolders. A cosmic émigré, an intelligence from another world, a protozoic mass. It fundamentally changes that in its radius—its crater. We are the craterboys, the ones who greet visitors. Into the circle we step.

In the first phase, build a crater and fill it with people, places, and things. Then, twist them with the introduction of the visitor. In the second, play the craterboys navigating through the environment, interacting and dealing with the visitor's ramifications. Finally: a showdown.

Craterboys is powered by an easy-to-learn bespoke dice game that involves everyone at the table, featuring snappy rules and tuned for an hour or two for a full session.

All products of The Lost Bay Studio Store are shipped from the UK, by our fulfilment partners at PackFulfilment. The zines are carefully packaged, and shipped with Royal Mail, unless specified otherwise. Our fulfilment partner is carbon negative and uses as little plastic as possible.

EU orders under 150€ are shipped with The Import One Stop Shop (IOSS): import VAT is prepaid and customs preprocessed. Reduced VAT is applied when applicable. Which means customers won't have to deal with customs and pay duties on reception.

EU orders over 150€ or to other international destinations, might cause custom duties upon reception. The Lost Bay Studio is not responsible for those duties and other import taxes.
